Privacy policy
This service audits whether AI assistants recommend a brand. We process the business details you enter (company name, website, category), your account email, and for free audits an optional email address.
What we collect and why
- Account and billing contact details to provide the service (contract).
- Free audit email only to send the report. Marketing emails need a separate opt-in that you confirm by email.
- Hashed IP addresses for abuse prevention and consent records.
- Company names, websites and questions are sent to AI providers to run audits. We do not send personal data to them.
Retention
Anonymous audits are deleted after 30 days unless claimed. Leads without marketing consent are deleted after 30 days. Raw provider payloads move to cold storage after 90 days. You can export or delete your data from your account.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct and delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us via the support address on the site.
